Mô tả công việc
Role and responsibilities:
- Preparing and checking loading lists submitted to Ports, feeders and GA Partners
- Solving problem with export and Import cargo /container damage at Ports.
- Negotiating Berths, in contact with Asia Planners and Ports, Boarding Agent to make sure good entry for vessels.
- Solving problems occurring in Terminals for OOG/Reefer/ DG.
- Monitoring Reefer charges collected from customers, reporting to office on time.
- Co-ordinate all charges relating to Port operation (including but not limit to Load/Discharge, port charges, storage, survey) in the system in order to conduct correct and on-time payments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in port operation from shipping line companies or ports
- Enthusiasm and team spirit
- Customer orientation and service mentality
- Communicative and ability to take initiative
- Knowledge of user application systems, ex: MS Office, business system
- Be able to communicate in speaking and writing English
