Community Manager

We are an online game company looking for English-speaking community manager(s) to cover English speaking regions and social media. Information about the project is available at www.neoworld.io. The responsibility of the role includes:

 Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
 Work with China and Singapore team to providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
 Maintain and update the list of relevant industry media contacts and social media influencers
 Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, including Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, etc.
 Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
 Assist the Singapore team for offline events in the region
 Assist the Singapore team to organize and take part in the business meetings in the region

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy and experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has good ENGLISH oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

We would require the following skills for the role of Community Manager:
 Interested in the game industry
 Proven work experience as a community manager (preferred but not required)
 Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency (preferred but not required)
 Fluent verbal English communication and writing skills
 Hands on experience with social media management for companies
 Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
 Attention to detail and ability to multitask
 Tertiary education degree
