● Handling inquiries from clinical team to ensure service quality.
● Working closely with multiple Departments to support the initiatives as and when necessary
● Follow up and manage daily tasks
● Assisting management with any assigned special tasks

Qualifications
● Education: College or/and above
● Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
● Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
● Highly organized, able to prioritize and work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
