This individual will wear many hats so they must have the flexibility and resilience needed to thrive in an ever-changing startup environment. Client Success Managers' jobs:
- Take care all clients’ concerns via phone & email.
- Identify technical issues and user error issues to walk clients through a series of necessary steps to correctly solve their problems.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new & existing clients.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to provide the best experience for clients.
- Conduct initial onboarding and continuing education trainings for clients.
- Carry out other assignments by BOD.
Client Success Managers' jobs:

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Excellent English skills (listening and speaking) is a MUST.
- Knowledge of:
○ Web browsers such as: Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari.
○ Operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, Android)
○ Help desk software (JIRA) is a big plus.
- Love customers (We call them clients) and care deeply about helping solve their problems.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software and revolutionizing the recruiting industry.
- Tech-savvy, self-directed, patient, client-centric, results-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Great communication skills.
- Previous experience in a client-facing software support role is required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of:
