Job Description
- Delivering expertise claims through Claims process in term of effectively and customer-centricity;
- Supporting claims manager in improvement claims procedure, performance & detection claims trend;
- Review, analysis and make decision on claim within own authority with productivity/ efficiency in targets;
- Contribute to build up and improve Claims workflow to help daily operation of faster, more accurate and convenient;
- Handle claim complaints effectively in line with company guidelines and give customer satisfaction;
- Prepare reports to senior management to highlight any trends, impacts, issues on claim;
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments in identifying improvement opportunities to Claims function;
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Working Experience: From 1 to 3 years
- University Graduate: Economics, Finance
- Experience in claims field at Life Insurance Company is preferable.
- Speaking and Writing in both English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Experienced in claim assessment or knowledge of insurance would be great advantage;
- Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit.
- Customer Service Mindset;
- Well organized and good time management;
- Pro-active, innovative, integrity, meticulous and diligent;
- Strong manner of carefulness, responsibilities, problem solving
