Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế

- To support in preparing legal advices to various departments of the Company in different area of School Operation, Investment, Finance, Labour, Commercial Contracts, Litigation and the others related legal matters;
- To ensure all licenses are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time and in line with constantly changing laws and business models of the Company;
- To review and prepare contracts/agreements in relation with the business of company;
- Regularly update Line Manager on the amendments and introduction of new laws and regulations
- Work closely with the Line Manager to provide strategic input and advice on all legal matter when required.
- To assist in other duties as required from time to time.

- Vietnamese only
- Experienced at least 03 years in legal practicing experience.
- Having university graduation with LAW major
- Owed the lawyer practicing certificate;
- Good command in English;
- Working in hard pressure, challenging;
- Creative, management skill and self-driven;
- Mature, diligent, can work well as a team member as well as independently
- Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations
