Mô tả công việc
• Handle the Payroll, Tax, HR, Financial statement & company general affairs etc.
• Handling company’s general tasks as composing collection and expenditure tables for accounting.
• Working with Accounting and Finance to evaluate
• Support insurance and researching & marketing
• Other task as directed by manager
** Benefit
- Salary: 8 - 20 millions VND/Month (gross basis)
- Tet Holiday bonus 100% + June 50% bonus + Sep. 50% bonus
- Performance bonus based on KPI.
- Lunch allowance & Mobile fee is supported by company based on company policy

- Qualification
Common Conditions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business
• (Excellent) verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese. Preferably high score of English test (Toeic, Toefl etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.) required.
• Chief accountant is preferred
• Insurance certificate holder is preferred
• Understanding the Tax, HR, payroll and financial statement etc.
• Well organized skill for the documents and evidence
• Good communication skill with related organizations
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively from both a company members and customers
• Understanding the insurance policy and contract
• Scheduling the insurance negotiation.
Location
- Our office is located in district Binh Chanh district, which close to district 7 and district 8.
