Mô tả công việc
1. Category & Sales Performance Management
- Ensure Forecast by Customer in line with rate & sales pattern & facilitate sales team in issuing Monthly target which take into account their inputs.
- Provide target split with clear key assumptions & highlights that help CAs/KAs in giving inputs for rolling forecast.
- Own Category target delivery through proper sales and promotion tracking as well as stock coordination.
- Evaluate sales KPIs performance of category thematic promotion and NPD.
- Measure coverage progress for COTC & their related campaigns.
- Deep-dive analysis on Categories – Customers - Channels performance to pro-actively provide insightful recommendation to business for action taken needed with strong conviction, logic based on fact & insight.
2. Operation Management for assigned Category in Total channel
- Fully responsible for Category Activities communication to the field sales and across functions from announcement, pricing, allocation, stock availability to follow up.
- Ensure effective two-way communication between CDO and sales fields/other Functions as a sales representative & business partners.
- Smoothen operation process by providing clear communication and understanding as well as accurate information for field sales.
- Facilitate with MSO to ensure stock supply sufficiency to sales demands & balance stock among channels.
- Responsible for Obsolete code cleaning at Distributors’stock on quarter basis.
3. Business Systems and Operational Process:
- Take lead in (re)design current and new process related to sales operation that drives business excellence & delivers competitive advantage.
- (Co) Lead in assigned projects related to Category Operation / CDE.
- In charge of change management for new WoW / initiatives and systems.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2 years business experience for FMCG industry.
• Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Interpersonal Skill
• Strong analytical skills with high logic & systematic thinking.
• Influencing skills & efficient interaction with internal stakeholder.
• Have good presentation, strong communication skills and team coordination.
• Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure.
• Excellent service mind set.
• Good command in English and computer skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
