Mô tả công việc
Accounting services
• Initial set up of accounting systems
• Bookkeeping and reporting services
• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and practices (Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Systems, International Financial Reporting Standards and relevant generally-accepted accounting principles of other jurisdictions)
• Acting as chief accountant
• Assistance with bank accounts and payment management services
• Assistance with the invoice printing process
• Preparation of statistical reports
• Validation of the legitimacy of invoices/receipts attached with expense claims and payment requests
Tax compliance services
• Preparing and submitting business licensing tax annual declarations
• Preparing and submitting value-added tax (“VAT”) monthly and quarterly declarations
• Preparing and submitting corporate income tax (“CIT”) quarterly estimations and annual declarations
• Preparing and submitting report on related party (affiliates) transactions
• Preparing and submitting withholding tax (“WHT”) documentation
• Providing updates on changes to tax legislation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications/Skills
• At least 2 years of experiences working in the same position for the professional firms,
• Good knowledge in accounting (VAS, IFRS or US GAAP)
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Aust., CPA VN, CIMA) is preferable;
• Fluent in English, both oral and written;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Desired competencies
• Initiative: Demonstrate a thirst to understand how your role fits in and seeks opportunities to contribute beyond own role;
• Adaptability: Shows agility and easily adjusts to changing work situations; and
• Ownership: Takes responsibility for own actions and learns from experience.
