Business Development Representative

• Develops a mapping of the market in the territory
• Make an inventory of the various stakeholders on the market and define their domain of influence
• Create Industry or market segment reports by application/Stakeholder to include end use finish products and Channel study
• Ensuring a proper assessment of the market potential
• Accountable for the Territory budget planning (turnover/cost), promote sales & business opportunities and account planning
• Understand in more detail the micro/macro trends which may influence the future direction of our technical/product programs
• Focus on following fields (but not limited to): Automotive, Refrigeration, Greases, and Industrial Applications (Metal working, compressor, Hydraulic, Turbine, and Gear)

• Degree in Chemical related qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Relevant experience in Lubricant and/or metal working technology.
• Self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision and highly motivated.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English is essential.
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
