Mô tả công việc
■Job Description :
- Build & implement business action plan (quarterly/ monthly/weekly) for delegated sales team following the Company strategy & direction.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Collaborate with CEO, CFO to develop and execute business, marketing and sales plans for current and new customers
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying corporate’s strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating corporates’ and partners' needs and goals.
- Analyzed client consumers, competitors, market and trends through market research, Google analytics and other resources
- Other tasks as assigned by CEO
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Developing, implementing and reviewing KPIs
- Protects company’s interest by keeping information private and confidential
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
■Requirement :
- Age: 25 - 35
- Advanced English (written and verbal),
- At least 3+ years experience as a sales / business development manager or any relevant role (Business management, Business Administration, Marketing,...)
- Good to have experience with startup company (preferred but not required)
- Excellent presentation / sales skills and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
