Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will be significant in supporting the implementation of the Sales Strategy of the B2B2C and B2B Teams. He will take leadership on Trade Marketing Activities, Route-to-Market-Implementation, area takeover after LPG Dealership appointment, external communications in coordination with the Corporate Communications and Strategic Marketing.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Reports directly to the Vice-General Director
• Responsible for monitoring and development of marketing plans to support the Sales Strategy
• Works with the commercial teams to develop segment-specific Customer Value Proposition Plans of the operating unit, and is responsible for tracking and measuring progress
• Develops and Implements Trade Marketing Activities (demand creation, retail aggregation, leads creation, stores and brand visibility)
• Development of Dealers' Program and Business Development Plans (BDPs), Incentive Schemes, etc
• Implementation and monitoring of the Route-to-Market Strategies

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Must be a graduate of a 4-year University Degree. Preferably, Business or Marketing Course. MBA Degree will be a plus.
• Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
• At least 4-5 Years previous experience with Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Company - Ex. Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Mondelez, etc
• Deep experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management and Strategy Development
• Good in Microsoft Office Software - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Brand financial background preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
