Summary
To be responsible for the direction and management of the marketing, sales, service and distribution of products in South provinces (from Da Nang to Ca Mau), based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Primary Responsibility
- Plan, develop, co-ordinate and execute marketing, sales, service policies and programmes in line with overall marketing, sales, service objectives.
- Direct and co-ordinate field sales force to ensure effective operations by developing achievable sales targets based on forecast market trends and customer analysis as well as through constant motivation and supervision.
- Set and communicate volume and sales objectives and lead the execution of the business plan to deliver them.
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales target, GP Margin of product lines, & EBIT for the Business Unit.
- Responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective management and marketing, sales, service training programmes.
- Manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the communication programmes to enhance the company’s profile in the market for the range of product under coverage. Monitor and solicit feedback on marketing program effectiveness and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Personally handle major/key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Enhance the selling skills of sales force through constant sales training and guidance on the field.
- Assist Regional Director is sourcing for new Product lines & maintaining good rapport with Principals.
- Work with the Regional Director to draw up, & execute Business Plans for constant growth for the Business Unit.
- Ad Hoc Function- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Medical/health care, Bio-Medical Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, etc. Candidates with professional medical/health care background are preferable.
- Minimum Degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 7 years in direct sales marketing experience or with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Direct Sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Excellent communication skills; negotiation and customer communication. Good in both spoken and written English.
- High level of personal initiative and motivate to succeed.
Working Condition
- Work requires significant local and overseas travel and may require willingness to work on a flexible schedule and overnight travel.
- Must be able to work after office hour inclusive of weekend and holidays where required.
