Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone queries and telemarketing.
• Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative support, including preparing of quotations to ad hoc customers.
• Coordinate and arrange shipment with suppliers and customers.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers.
• Assist in collection of overdue invoices.
• Maintain database related to the department of business development and sales.
• Assist in report generation.
• Communicating with overseas offices/agents for rates.
• Constant contacts with shipping lines.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
