Business Analyst

- Business Analyst works closely with the business and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements . This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology.
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to provide deliverables. The BA understands development processes – SDLC – and is very analytical with problem-solving to help identify, communicate and resolve issues.

+ Software Requirement Analysis:
- Key Tasks:
Analyze and develop projects' business and technical requirements
Direct and regular contact with clients with support from Project Manager
Build functional specs & UI specs with wire-frames
- Expected Outcome:
Feasibility analysis, scopes projects and deliverable table
Detailed business documents and translate it into functional specifications at a level that both can understand

+ Project Support:
- Key Tasks:
Participate in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Transfer knowledge to the project team
Follow up to support change management
- Expected Outcome:
Ensure development & QC team have clear understanding about final product requirements & change
All changes are handled well to satisfy clients and internal resource efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or other related fields.
- 1-2 years of working experience
