Mô tả công việc

A - Marketing, PR & Branding:
• Work closely with Brand Manager/ Business Manager to develop annual marketing calendar with full marketing activities and budget spend
• Plan and coordinate with Marketing team to execute marketing activities: product launches, events, outpost animation, in-store animation,…
• Liaise with principal for execution of branding/ marketing activities.
• Assist on monthly budget tracking
• Ensure and maximize monthly product exposure on both digital & print media channel
• Prepare monthly in-store promotion scheme and coordinate with MKT & Retail Ops for execution to make sure that every counter understand well and have enough stocks to apply the promotion.
• Apply for promotion license & communicate with retailers about the program
• Prepare monthly marketing activities report.

B. Merchandising and inventory:
• Follow and execute visual merchandising guidelines from principals at all counters to make sure that all visuals are all in usage right
• Prepare for new counter set up (if any)
• Accountable for brands’ inventory levels, stock forecasting for existing & new products, stock management to ensure all POS are well stocked, no potential loss of sales and maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio
• Complete all necessary reports timely.

C. Sales:
• Prepare necessary steps/things for private sale event and manage it in good way
• Pro-active in providing activities or action plan to attract customers to counters for sales achievement
• Assist to process perfumery orders: from send stock request, follow up payment collection to control delivery time.
• Proactively in recruiting new potential perfumeries to increase sales for perfumery channel

D. Operation:
• Assist logistic team in custom clearance process by providing related documents.
• Take lead in prepare legal documents for product notification
• Be responsible for applying advertising license of new product
• Manage stock allocation: process weekly order of selling products & POSM for all counters
• Work with local suppliers to produce POSM: blotter card, paper bag, voucher
• Conduct monthly Beauty Advisors meeting: presentation file, food, decoration
• Arrange all payment requests for brand spending

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experiences of relevant work preferably in the beauty and fragrance industry.
• Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work on own initiative
• Demonstrates a "Can Do” Attitude
• Energetic, entrepreneurial and desire to progress in this industry

Education:
• University Degree or equivalent Advance Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Good at computers skills, having Adobe Photoshop basic knowledge is a plus.
