Brand Activator

As a Brand Activator, you will be a key member of the marketing department, supporting the sales force by implementing the marketing programs and activities, both in On and Off trade, and controlling of the counterparts negotiated with the accounts. The main activities will be training the trade on our brands and drinks strategy, organise brands events, implement merchandising and visibility.

* Main activities :
• Training the trade and clients on our brands
• Event Execution; execute all events at all levels, drive PR and make each of our events look much bigger than they actually are.
• Relationship development; entrench yourself and our brands in the local Food and Beverage (FnB) scenes, relevant to key targeted consumers. Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders in your market for the key image building scenes in lifestyle and FnB. With local network of opinion leaders, develop new ideas that bring the brand to life through local image building scenes
• Innovation and idea development; ideas are spawned on the ground at events during interaction with opinion leaders. These ideas will be retained, shared and tested for potential with marketing team.
• Activate our brands and leverage on global, national, regional events and properties that fit within established local market business plan.
• Branding; ensure that all branding/ logo use is acceptable at least at all events and activations and is approved and under the direction of the Director of Marketing.

• Event sampling; carry out event based product sampling operations
• Budget control

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is compulsory; with minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• General knowledge of marketing is desired
• A self starter with Independent judgment and initiative, meticulous, the ability to anticipate needs and accomplish tasks
• Knowledge in Spirits and Social Media is a plus
• ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Ability to work at night and late hours in an On trade environment (bars, restaurants, hotels…)
• Maintain a premium brand oriented image
• Multi-cultural, with understanding of Remy Cointreau positioning and lifestyle
• English and vietnames fluency.
