Mô tả công việc
The B2B Account Manager will be responsible in developing and managing the B2B 45 Kg portfolio of the business unit which focuses on 45 Kg Customers such as fast food chains, restaurants and food stalls.
Principal Accountabilities:
● Responsible for the development of B2B 45 KG customers within own geographical territory, in compliance with the business unit sales policy and with all legal and technical constraints associated with installing LPG storage tanks at customer sites.
● Prepares monthly Contact Plan, runs it and feedbacks weekly to Regional Sales Manager
● Develops and builds on Indicator portfolio to recruit prospects/customers using a Sales Pipeline Tool - SPANCOP
● Ensures loyalty for existing indicators and recruiting new ones.
● Negotiates with prospects/customers in strict compliance with the maximum commercial conditions defined by the business unit
● Ensures recovery of customer overdues.
● Implements actions proposed by business unit and/or by the Regional Sales Manager. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager about the results of these actions.
● Monitors cylinder installation after contract signature (verifies compliance with safety regulations and tightness tests for installations).
● Monitors existing Professional customers, in particular those with the potential to act as indicators or to increase the tonnages consumed
● Communicate and enforce PGV policies and standards specifically HSSE throughout the area of responsibility
● Monitor credits and trade receivables to comply with PGV credit policies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Must be a graduate of a 4-year University Degree. Preferable, Business or Engineering Course.
• Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
• More than four (4) years of successful B2B Sales Experience
• Previous experience with Utility, Energy, Construction or FMCG Industry is preferred
• Good in Microsoft Office Software - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Demonstrate strong personal initiative and ability to problem solve
• Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
• More than four (4) years of successful B2B Sales Experience
• Previous experience with Utility, Energy, Construction or FMCG Industry is preferred
• Good in Microsoft Office Software - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Demonstrate strong personal initiative and ability to problem solve
