Associate / Senior Associate / Lawyer (Vietnamese or Expat)

We are looking to appoint a corporate and commercial lawyer (Vietnamese or expat) of 3-5 years experience to a full time position in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work with our busy corporate and commercial team, which is dedicated to exceptional service and client-focused. The team provides FDI, M&A and private equity, capital markets (including listings), and contracts advice and services, along with general commercial law services, to leading foreign and domestic clients. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial and corporate contract drafting, transaction management, providing regulatory advice and in working in teams . The successful candidate must be technically excellent and a motivated self-starter. We offer excellent working conditions with an attractive salary.
