Associate (Mergers & Acquisition)

You shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• to identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments;

• to locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;

• to screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

• to develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

• to close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• to protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• to enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Abides by and performs to the best of her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities, either administrative or non-administrative, to be assigned by the Company or its authorized representative in due course.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 0 - 3 year professional working experience with functions in Finance or Business Development (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written is a must (Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean is a bonus)
• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
• Open-minded to learn new concepts and practices
• High standard of professionalism
• Good financial and analytical skills

- - Monthly performance incentives/bonus on top of basic salary. (Bonus/commission on closed deals)
- - Working time: 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday ~ Friday.
