This position will be responsible of developing and managing the supporting functions including business support, business trips and events, communication and quality management for Bancassurance channel to ensure that all supports will be timely and proactively provided to internal sales force and external partners in order to maximize business opportunities and channel productivity.
The Job:
- Manage efficiently and pro-actively sales supporting functions including FSC/BSM administration, sales support activities and reporting to ensure to comply with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Manage the business activation unit with high quality standards to provide excellent arrangement and results for all Banca trips and events as required by following company guidelines and delivering the best satisfaction to internal sales team and external partners. Lead the review and improvement for Banca internal communication tools/materials to sales forces and marketing related materials to external partners.
- Be responsible of managing the development and improvement of Banca training processes and results by working closely with Banca Delivery/CoE/Banca Sales teams. Manage the review and improvement of internal Banca manuals and processes by working closely with other internal related functions.
- Be the departmental key coordinator for all systems relating to sales forces such as Ezi, IRIS, Sales Portal, AI2…etc for any enhancement or new business requirements.
- Be responsible of developing team members following the company core values
- Support the department head in other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The Person:
- University Degree, Master degree will be a plus, majored in Marketing, Social Sciences or Business Administration
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with MNC or multi-cultural environment, preferably in banking/insurance or FMCG industries with similar scope of works and/or training/business support related matters
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access , Power Point
- Strong analytical capability
