MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Assistant to Business Development Director (Event) responsibility is providing the necessary support to sales team. This position will facilitate the sale team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and achieve sale targets.
Assistant to Business Development Director will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedule, deadline and providing feedback, documentation and information. In addition, they also coordinate with project team, creative team, production team to develop proposal and deliver execution.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with business development team and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.
2. Provide sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
3. Support the business development team in attaining sales targets
4. Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Sale Event Director
5. Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and system
6. Collect, analyze, evaluate and account program information in order to increase productivity of sales
7. Maintain an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization
8. Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal meetings
9. Assist in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the business development team
10. Retain a knowledge of event to provide accurate assistant to business development team and operation
11. Connect and monitor project progress to ensure proper communication across functions.
