Mô tả công việc

General responsibilities:
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Manage client KPI report center to ensure data accuracy in KPI report
• Develop and distribute KPI reports to clients and management as per timeline agreements
• Manage and resolve client queries regarding reporting with agreed service levels
• Initiate and implement improvements to processes/policies to enhance timely and accurate service solutions as per established service level agreements
• Develop reports requested by clients and Client Management necessary to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency
• Monitor and respond to issues reported by clients with regards to data interfaces and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with DKSH IT, Client and Operations teams for service solutions
• Manage sales system internally like DMS, Sales Automation in GT & MT
• Analyze and provide the insight for business data, performance management in sales department
Leadership responsibilities
• Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
• Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Functional skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge in financial reporting
• Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills
• Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Education
• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised university/institution
Work experience
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
