We have positions open for immediate starts in our HCMC office. An attractive salary package will be offered in accordance with your experience.
For this particular hire we require exterior 3D Studio Max experience. In particular the work will sometimes require initial rough Master Plan model set up then updating the refined 3D model from our head office.
The base role will be to support and our Design Development and Construction Documentation Division. We see this work ranging from 90% to 60% time when we have Master Plan work in the office.

The following skills sets will be desirable:
Experience
• 3 - 12 years as a Project Architect
• 3D Studio Max external building modeling experience. Working on contours would be beneficial but not a must.
• Construction Documentation & Coordination,
• Hotel & resort experience is preferable,
• Good understanding of the building process, Vietnamese & international building codes.
• Must be able to communicate in English. Average written & oral is a minimum.
Software Skills:
• Excellent AutoCAD 2017+;
• 3D Studio Max
Moral:
• Conscientious & excellent teamwork skills.
