Paybotic is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a team of international staff working remotely in different countries such as Vietnam and India. We are looking for an Application Support Officer working US hours (Eastern Standard Time) in our Vietnam office. The person filling this position must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while valuing the benefits of predictable repeatable procedures, be self-motivated, problem solver and an independent thinker. Candidates must possess strong entrepreneurial, startup mindset. All clients are US based.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to Operations Manager and Management Team (if necessary), and sometimes to other Managers working in our US office. Primary responsibilities are listed below, including but not limited to:
• Application processing: preparation, submission, onboarding, equipment invoicing, etc.
• Manage CRM and other platforms, primarily lead reporting, data entry, emails, etc.
• Follow-up with pending applications and existing merchants via email (upon instructions)
• Assist executives and team managers with scheduling and follow-up reminders
• Assist the Operations Managers with daily operations
• Update and maintain daily logs of operations that involve application processing.
• Assist Account Executives with deal application paperwork and training; organize and check paperwork for accuracy
• Order purchases, office supply inventory and management
• All other duties as assigned
WORK PLACE & HOURS
• Office located in District 2
• US Eastern Standard Time: 9AM – 6PM
• Monday – Friday
• 10 PTO and US public holidays
