Mô tả công việc
* Primary:
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application;
• Support Sales Engineer to select right products for customers;
• Provide design & specification development support to consultants, contractors & end users;
• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements;
• Perform technical/product training for sales people at targeted accounts;
• Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, and training services.
* Additional:
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values and financial objectives;
• Maintain professional business relationship with targeted accounts;
• Identify customer’s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.

* Qualifications:
Required:
• BA in Mechanical Engineering;
• English communication (reading comprehension & writing are MUST);
• ACCEPT GRADUATES. Experience 2-3 years in engineering is a PLUS;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad;
• Interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Customer service or Technical support experience.

* Work place: Le Duc Tho road, 14 ward, Go Vap district , Ho Chi Minh City
