Americas Trade & Demurrage - Detention (D&d) Staff - Customer Service Department

• Handle Outbound & Inbound (OB & IB) demurrage/detention issues (D&D).
• Calculate demurrage/detention charge correctly and update accurate Outbound & Inbound, demurrage/detention information to customer and related parties.
• Reply to customer/ONE overseas offices for any demurrage/detention demurrage/detention matters.
• Follow up with customer for demurrage/detention payment and co-operate with other departments to clear demurrage/detention outstandings within deadline.
And
• Received and inputs booking as required in compliance with SOP.
• Build and develop close relationships with customers.
• Handle all inquiries related to booking: vessel change, space commitment, routing, schedule, late gate, trucking arrangement, CY stuffing demand, change of destination (COD), remain on board (ROB), return, dangerous cargo (DG) application, L/G + relevant document collection (LOI), container swapping, garment on hanger (GOH) order, VGM, drybag….
• Liaise with all related parties to provide good service quality to customers

Vietnamese Citizen;
Gender: Female.
Bachelor degree, college degree in Foreign Trade university/ University of Economics / Maritime University or related (essential);
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skill, report skill;
Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English;
Super computer literacy with capability in MS Office and Excel.
Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detail;
Enthusiastic, dynamic and well organized;
Willing to meet objectives.
