FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam is looking for you who will have experience in self ticketing of air tickets and can read airlines rules.
We are hiring 3-4 new FCM air booking/ticketing staff members to service our new FCM clients.
You will work with corporate clients, in a collaborative team environment on dynamic and tailored itineraries.
Maintain up to date knowledge on air fares, routing, hotels, frequent flyer programs and land transportation.
You will manage our business travelers for air ticket, hotel, visa, transfer and other related travel requests.
You will receive an in-house FCM ticketing training to get you ready to service your clients soon.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• GDS experience on Amadeus or Abacus or Galileo & SabreSonic
• Self ticketing/reissue/cancellations skills
• Advanced English speaking & writing is a must
• Accurate
• Sales & Customer service skills
• Pro-active

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
• Taking responsibility and accountability in your work
• Team work and loyal to your customers
• Working in an international environment
