Mô tả công việc
- Be able to cover reception area including welcoming parents and children coming to class, receiving incoming calls, collecting tuition fee.
- Be able to represent Shichida Method in front of clients. It must be polite, welcoming, avoiding conflict however with ability to go further and following up the matter or issue with clients.
- Be able to be in the front with teacher to listen, detect any potential issues, unhappiness, concerns from the client.
- Be able to talk to client, convey message from the Institute. The concern and unhappiness must be tracked and made sure the resolution to be in place.
- Be able to give direct answer for any client’s question; therefore CC must be aware of what going on with Marketing, Sales and ability to work together with other function.
- Applicable for Vietnamese only, age from 22 to 28
- Working time: 5,5 days
- From Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday morning.

- Bachelor's Degree from recognized universities, Advertising/Media, Economics, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communication or equivalent.
