Mô tả công việc
1. Set up budget plan & Control budget for Admin Teams
2. Making and submit document to seek visa approval, making work permit, residence card for foreigner and their family, other task belongs to foreigner.
3. Checking and orders office supplies as needed.
4. Payment request for office rental, house rental by quarterly and car rental by monthly.
5. Booking hotel room as Manager’s request.
6. Solving trouble with car rental company, express company and all related issues in Admin job and keep report to Manager.
7. Control and arrange the Honda man to take product and transfer document between 5 factories.
8. Arrange the car to pick employees, customer and other person once needed.
9. Control the canteen and some service contract
10. Guide and prepare document for foreigner checking health at hospital
11. Other Jobs assigned by Manager

- Good English both in written and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Over 5 years in Admin & HR leader
- Good at leadership.
