Accounting & Website Admin Executive

We are hiring 2 entry-level graduate position for an accounting student and marketing student.
Since we have many clients in different industries, we are able to change the role to suit the type of students

Both roles require fluent English as all the clients are English speaking only.

The general accounting tasks will include:
- Data entry into the accounting system
- Download data from POS systems
- Consolidate data in excel
- Update prices and data on the website

The general marketing tasks will include:
- Update Website prices and product details
- Create banners for websites
- Create marketing newsletters to be sent out
- Update social media of different brands and companies
- research and write articles for website content
- research new products and competitors

- Very Fluent in English
- University graduate
- Minimum 1year experience in an office position
- Able to plan and organize a process from start to finish
• Good communication skills
• Accurate
• Computer literate with excellent Excel is preferred.
• Hands-on attitude towards work, flexible. Good communication skills.
• Immediate starting.

- 10 days paid leave per year
- Training in different accounting systems
