Working place : Group No.1, Binh Chanh Dong Quarter, Khanh Binh Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province
(Tổ 1, Khu phố Bình Chánh Đông, phường Khánh Bình, Thị xã Tân Uyên, Tỉnh Bình Dương)
• Recording on daily basic
• Bookkeeping and month end recon, report, filling.
• Issue red invoice + AR report and recon, AP record.
• Verify Payment request and supporting document from other Departments
• Prepare Payment request for General Expenses
• Prepare Payment voucher and monthly report by Division Cost.
• Co-ordinate with Admin and BJC’s head office to manage Fixed Assets and Prepayment
• Review monthly expenses, review actual expenses vs. Budget.
• Be in charge of costing on monthly basic.
• Other jobs as per assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University degree, accounting/finance major is preferable.
- Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience.
- Good command of English and advanced PC skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Careful, high responsibility, hardworking, initiative, independence working, able to work under pressure & good time management skills.
- High sense of accuracy.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidential commitment.
- Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience.
- Good command of English and advanced PC skills.
- Good communication skills.
