Accountant

A. Accountant responsibilities
* Receivable:
1. Prepare Service Invoices/ payment request;
2. Issue Red invoices;
3. Track A/R and follow up with customers for overdue payments under BOD instruction;
4. QS Service Contract Record/ filing
5. Other AR issues
* Payable:
1. Proceed and mange administration expenses invoices, contracts...
2. Manage AP to ensure timely payment
3. Record/report company expenses.
4. Bank transaction
5. Other AP issues
* Tax:
1. VAT reports
2. Online submit report to Tax Department
3. Cross check the precision of Financial Reports
5. Other tax issues

B. Company Service Contracts Supporting:
1. Support BOD to translate/ check Service Contracts prior hard cope issuance.
2. Correspond with Client for Service Contract deliverables
3. Service Contract Filing

C. Cost Data Center Management
1. Base on company Cost Data Centre system, to update, to file correct quotations/ cost datum
2. Support Cost Engineers to call quotations
3. Provide quotations to Engineers when required
4. Report monthly cost sheet (if required)
5. Issue cost sheet to Client (if required)
6. Analysis various cost data from excutive projects

· Bachelor’s degree or college certificate with 2 years’ of Accountant role in professional business environment, or equivalent.
· Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the company
· Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary
· Attention to and precision with detail, comfort with cost, data.
· Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently prioritizing work activities
· Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database products
· Knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Possess “can do” aptitude, willing to work as part of the team, work hard and play hard, carefulness and attention to detail
· Intermediate in English, especially reading and writing
· Less than 27 years old.
