Mô tả công việc
- Maintain a filing system for account payable records
- Reconcile all AP accounts
- Prepare journals for transactions relating to payable accounts
- Investigate suppliers’ documentation for processing and follow up on any discrepancies
- Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
- Record and process payments of goods and services
- Check arithmetic accuracy of invoices and post on accounting system comply with chart of accounts
- Reconcile the purchase log weekly
- Prepare the accrual journals at month end for regular suppliers and deliveries which hasn’t paid yet
- Calculate travel agent commissions such as: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia
- Post journal petty cash daily & do the payment to reimburse for petty cash monthly
- Investigate & reconcile cash book to cashiers’ records, working with cashier on overs and shorts as required and communicate any unexplained discrepancies to Mangers
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma in Accounting or related major
- At least two-year experience in the same position, in Hospitality, with Japanese environment is a plus
- Having knowledge about tax: VAT tax, PIT tax, FCT tax
- Good English skills
- Having desire to become a General Accountant or higher position
- CV in English is preferred.
