Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your assigned clients. You will liaise between clients and internal departments (creative/ event/ digital) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary day-to-day contact with clients
- Manage the internal teams & suppliers to ensure the output quality & timelines
- Draft client/ creative brief, quotes and proposals
- Present strategic plan, creative ideas, costs, schedules... to clients
- Provide ongoing reports to clients
- Assist Finance Department with client and vendor invoicing
- Search for opportunities to grow and renew existing business

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of account management in an advertising/event/digital agency is required
- Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese
- Must be able to work on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs
- Minimum of 2 years of account management in an advertising/event/digital agency is required
