Account Director

• Responsible for the day-to- day management of accounts (including workflow, quality control and budget control) and delights client with the quality of our work
• Works to anticipate problems and improve the performance of the agency team
• Coaches best practice client service to the group
• Writes strategies and briefs which inspire great work
• Works with peers in creative, planning and other disciplines to produce 360 communications that build brands
• Sells great work
• Fun to work with and encourages a climate of creativity and cooperation within the team
• Able to do day-to-day management of new business pitches
• Ensures that clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed and pay for it
• Works with integrity and ensures there is due business diligence and financial transparency on each client
• Able to work in an international environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in advertising or marketing.
• Highly-organized
• Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time
• Good with people – able to persuade or generate cooperation
• Trustworthy – has high integrity and morals, particularly with financial matters
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
