The primary function of this position is to be part of a team for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function. Responsible for various accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts transactions.
Key duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing sales invoice, purchase invoice, purchase statement in internal system
- reconciling sales payment, prepare purchase payment List
- Using sage 200 software for posting invoice, clearing sales and purchase payment
- Collect WHT certificate
- Follow correspondence
- Do journal entry for required adjustment
- Calculated sales and cost of sales accruals, post accrual into sage
- Make Revenue and Profit analysis for Manager on monthly basic
- Do some special reports based on Manager's requirement
- Do some supporting task follow requirement of manager for year end

Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 1 year of relevant experience
- University graduate with BA/BS in business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, master in pivot table, Macro is a plus
- Knowledge of Sage 200 is a plus
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required
- Hands on and flexible
