At Manabie, Vietnamese highschool students study so that they can enter the university they want to go to. The center head will be in charge of managing staff and day to day activities in this learning center, making sure the standard operation procedures are implemented. As a data-driven company, we expect the person in this role to be analytical, and give logical feedback to improve operation in the learning center.
• Liaise with HQ, understand and implement standard operations in the learning center.
• Manage and train staff in the learning center to provide effective learning for students.
• Establishing the centre as the preferred place to study to get in to university.
• Monitor the KPIs of the learning center, analyze the current situation and reporting center performance.
• Make sure students are having an effective learning in the learning center and that they are satisfied..

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Passion for education.
• Bachelor’s degree from any major. Education related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education industry.
• English proficient.
• Excellent in project management, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Having experience as a center head or managing staff at the learning center is a plus.
