- Understanding business requirements and performing functional and non-functional testing
- Identify, log, track and certify software application problems.
- Define and execute test cases for software applications
- Plan and estimate testing activities
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
- Making sure that tested product meets pre-defined business requirements
- Collaborate with project team to achieve project quality and deadline
- Ensure that tractability and reuse of the test plans and test cases
- Working closely with development team to facilitate resolution of errors and issues
- Might have ability in using different testing automating techniques

Hard skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in software testing required.
- Require experience on testing big system, complex data model
- Understand COMPLEX business requirements and performing functional and non-functional testing
- Define (WRITE TEST CASE) and execute test cases for software applications
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing.
- Ability to analyze business requirements document, write and execute test cases, test studies and test plans.
- Experience testing system with COMPLEX DATABASE, prepare TEST DATA, MAINTAIN TEST DATA for big system
- experience on working with DB (can understand DB model, write SQL for checking Data)
- Good analyzing skill (since the system is integrated and related with different components)
- Understanding code is a plus.
- Basic understanding of testing automation is a plus
Soft skills
- Analytical and structured work method
- Good reading skills in English
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Attention to details
- German or French language is a plus
- Open-minded and strong team spirit
