▪ Performs measurement, using special tools to calibration, alignment, assembly, modify,
validate and final test of complex assemblies

Two main project:

1. Electrical design and build of automation system with robot arm, conveyor and tester to auto test the Display panels (2016-2018)

The project is to design the tester used to test the flatness and irregularities of the display panels, the project is also design and build up the automation system include the testers, robots and conveyors. I selected electric components and design the electrical system base on customer requirements and CE standards.

I also worked as a main DIR in training to manufacturing team how to build a complete system for mass production.

The project has been running in production line in Foxconn China, SamSung Viet Nam, LG Viet Nam successfully.

 2. Electrical design and buid of auto tester to test the smart phone (2017-2018)

The project is to design and build the standalone machine which used to inspect the flatness and irregularities of the front, back screen, all the edges of the smart phone.

I selected electrical parts, build motion control and testing method design with optics Doctors from RADIANT Vision systems to get high reliability data.

I also support start-up, installation machine and training to customer at customer site.

The project has been running on production line in Foxconn, Pegatron China, Taiwan.
