Duties performed:

- Tracking PO and making report daily, weekly, monthly.

- Inform Import & Export team to following goods.

- Moiving cargo to outside company to outsourcing shoes.

à Achievements:

Have more knowledge about sale logistics, sale freeend, and creat more new realationship with client in Viet Nam and foreign.

Working with carrier as WHL, Cosco, YML, EMC, One, HPL… for get space also checking rate. For LCL shipment, I contacted with co-loader MP consol, KMG, Global link, ANCC… and Airline also as: Skygo, Just in time, Hoang Ha Airline, ACT…

For service in land, keep contact with manager of truck and container to have plan on time for delivery cargo to client.

Checking HBL & MBL also Document: Invoice, packing list, contarct for each shipment export and import.

Sloving other problem which inloved shipment export and import, oversea or inland.

Institution: LTP Vietnam Garment – LTP Vietnam was invested by 100% Denmark capital, specialize in functional garments for active sportswear, which is aimed to medium and high-class European customers. We’re co-operating with famous brands: Swix, KJUS, Peak Performance, Vaude
Position: Purchasing Executive
Main duties: as below

 Sourcing (fabric):

- Base on original fabric sample from customer, sales team in European to develop, submit similar fabric from Far East.

- Work closely with European sales about development. Perform sourcing quickly to reach deadline.

- Widen supplier range, take part in 100% garment exhibition in HCMC to meet new suppliers, arrange meeting with them in order to enrich supplying.

à Achievements:

- Found new suppliers with good quality (have Oeko-tex certificate) from Thailand, Taiwan, local… but with competitive price to adapt customer’s demand better.

- Set up recording information, sample scientifically to track, feedback quickly any question from customer for submitted samples (sometimes customers just come back after a long time)

- Create an excel list to evaluate each supplier: the products they’re strong, their lead time, price, weakness… so everyone in team can go there for reference or inspire their ideas for sourcing.

- Have good ability to work under high pressure due to very short lead time for sourcing and qualified submition (good quality, competitive price...) was required in order to get order.

 

Buying (fabric & accessories)

- Buying was performed for whole process (create PO, enter & follow up ETD in system, arrange goods to reach production schedule, solving quality problem,…)

- Work directly with forwarders to arrange shipment (EXW, FOB…term). Deeply consider how to combine many shipments from one supplier to save cost but also meet production schedule.

- Prepare, submit document to Account Dept to arrange payment for suppliers.

- Work with the vendors to get the information about the shipment (ETD, ETA, Gross weight, Net Weight, Volume weight, Invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading....).

- Find and choose a forwarder have the best service, favorable price, calculated the freight cost for each shipment.

- Prepare for  all necessary documents to declare goods at custom ( Declaration form,  purchasing order, Invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading, C/O...) for both import and export shipments.

- Coordinate with Customs Declaration Service and transporters to solve all problems arise during implementation process.

- Coordinate with Production Planning Department to update the information of the import shipments and prepared all documents for customs declaration relating.

- Follow and check the debit note from forwarders and couriers ( DHL, Fedex, UPS...)

- Provide information to Warehouse for their checking goods. Get, evaluate feedback from them about quantity, quality… to work with suppliers.

- Deal with suppliers to get best terms (payment, price…).

à Achievements:

- Work and make decision independently, be responsible for my decision.

- Be familiar with import/export procedure, able to act quickly for urgent cases

- Deal successfully with some big suppliers to change payment term from T/T in advance to T/T 30 days.

- Create an accessories library to help everyone can understand well about trims which we’re buying and help sourcing/submitting trim quicker.
