Base on the dead time of buyer, work with supplier to get the best delivery date sample.

Co-ordinate  with sample room, Wash room to make sample plan
Make summary chart to follow and push supplier, sample room, wash room.
Negotiate with supplier to get the best price and lead time.
Liaise with buyer to update information and notify any issues need to help.
