Accountant Supervisor (English/Japanese; USD800; Hung Yen)

We are looking for a Accountant Supervisor for a manufacturing as detail:
- Reviewing provision documents/transactions according to Company's policies, and ensure these documents/transactions compliance with accounting/tax laws/regulations.
- Supervise Fixed assets accounting/ inventory.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports
- Review monthly actual to make accurate accrual and provision for month end closing.
- Provide monthly analysis, includes pricing, costing, sales, marketing, structure costs...
- Coordinate with other departments to collect the necessary information to prepare the latest financial forecasts / estimates as needed by region and assist in preparation of annual budget and strategic planning.
- Support the examination and preparation of monthly VAT, CIT and submit the report to the tax authorities.
- Update the new policy and regulation on finance issue to improve the business’s efficiency.
- Evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the higher level and support in the project.

- Female, over 30 years old
- University degree in finance, accounting or related majors
- Have 3-5 years experience in equivalent position in the field of industry in Japanese companies
- Have legal knowledge and taxation
- Good English / Japanese
- Proficiency in Ms office (Excel).
